Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic visits by reviewing next day patients and completing related tasks.
• Enter pre-visit orders and prepare new patient charts; handle charts and documents.
• Check-in patient upon arrival and verify demographic data in Maestro Care.
• Post co-payments and balances on accounts; manage cashiering and cash handling.
• Schedule tests and procedures and coordinate labs as requested.
• Explain billing to patients according to department policies.
• Answer phone calls and relay messages to physicians and staff.
