Qualifications

• High school diploma or 1–6 months of related experience or training.
• DME intake/admissions experience preferred.
• Experience in Brightree EHR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and confirm delivery tickets for DME.
• Assist customers via phone, email, or face to face.
• Maintain database of physician orders.
• Process patient supply orders via telephone, fax, or helpdesk.
• Address complaints concerning billing or service rendered.
