Qualifications

• Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) intake is preferred.

• Create and confirm delivery tickets for DME.
• Assist customers through various communication channels.
• Update patient account information regularly.
• Coordinate courier services for deliveries.
• Address billing complaints and maintain compliance with HIPAA.
