Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative in Houston to join a mission‑driven team dedicated to medically fragile children and families. You will support the Customer Service department in a fast-paced environment, handling delivery tickets, coordinating with staff, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

You will manage patient records, assist with referrals, respond to inquiries by phone or email, and contribute to a compassionate, professional patient experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with DME intake/ admissions preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and initiative expected.

Responsibilities

• Create and confirm delivery tickets for DME.
• Assist internal and external customers via help desk, phone, email or in person.
• Serve as Patient Services COD when applicable.
• Maintain physician orders and patient accounts.
• Coordinate courier services for deliveries as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA and EHR compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
