The ideal candidate will have an ADN/BSN or Diploma in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS certification, and pediatric experience to support family-centered care and efficient admissions

Qualifications

• Two-year ADN or four-year BSN in nursing or Diploma Nursing.
• Current State of Arizona RN license or compact state license.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all direct admissions and transfers to Phoenix Children's.
• Manage bed board and hospital capacity; escalate capacity issues promptly.
• Collaborate with admitting, EVS, case management and nursing units to ensure timely patient admissions.
• Demonstrate strong communication with internal and external customers; maintain accurate data entry.
