Qualifications

• Two-year ADN/BSN or diploma nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing or RN-to-BSN currently enrolled preferred.
• Current State of Arizona RN license or compact state license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all transfers and direct admissions, communicating with providers.
• Manage patient placement and bed capacity, coordinating with admitting and case management.
• Demonstrate effective communication and customer service with patients and families.
• Participate in department process improvements and track barriers in patient flow.

Education

Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program

RN license (Arizona) or compact state with multistate privileges

Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider

Current PALS certification
