Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Utah state.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care (toileting, bathing, linen changes, feeding, ambulation).
• Document and communicate patient care findings promptly.
• Monitor patients and support telemetry as needed.
• Transport medications to RN and assist on the unit.
• Collaborate with RN and health care team for optimal care.
• May perform health unit coordinator tasks (phones, orders, records).
• Follow plan of care and regulatory standards; maintain safety.
