Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Utah
• BLS for healthcare providers
• Completion of CNA Training Program within the past year
• Official transcript of Fundamentals of Nursing course

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen changes and comfort measures.
• Record patient care findings and report changes promptly to the RN.
• Monitor patients and assist with telemetry as required.
• Transport medications to RN on the unit.
• Collaborate with RN and interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care.
• May perform health unit coordinating tasks: phones, orders, unit records, supplies.
• Follow plan of care and regulatory standards.
• Maintain safety and emergency readiness.
