OP Specialty Bracing is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and referrals. You will greet families, collect insurance details, and guide them through the scheduling and service process with compassion.

You will coordinate with physicians, handle insurance verifications, and support clinic staff to maintain smooth office flow while upholding HIPAA standards and confidentiality. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School or Associate Degree; related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out and collect insurance information.
• Coordinate with referral sources to obtain physician schedules.
• Verify patient insurance and initiate prior authorizations.
• Coordinate and schedule all appointments.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
