Job summary

Boston Brace International, Inc dba OP Specialty Bracing in Union, NJ seeks a Patient Care Coordinator I. You will be the first point of contact, coordinating patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification while supporting clinical and administrative teams in a fast-paced pediatric care environment.

You will maintain HIPAA compliance, assist with prior authorizations, and help ensure smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree required.
• Related experience in a care or scheduling role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Checking patients in and out and collecting insurance information.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance details.
• Coordinate with referral sources and physician schedules.
• Use Nymbl software for chart maintenance and documentation uploads.
• Assist with billing and ensure appropriate documentation for claims.
