Job summary

OP Specialty Bracing is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources. You will handle scheduling, insurance verifications, and chart maintenance with confidentiality and discretion.

The role requires strong organizational and people skills, the ability to multitask, and teamwork. Location is Union, NJ with hourly pay in a union clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High School or Associate Degree required or related training.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out and register patients with insurance information.
• Coordinate with referral sources to obtain physician schedules and authorizations.
• Maintain electronic charts and document uploads; support clinic staff and office flow.
