Qualifications

• Verifies insurance information and handles authorization/referral needs.
• Identifies patient financial responsibilities, estimates, and collects Liabilities.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
• Maintains productivity standards and participates in required trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
