Allegheny Health Network in Bridgeville, PA, is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator I for the Pediatrics expansion. This part-time role rotates between 7am and 8pm, Monday through Saturday, supporting scheduling, preregistration, financial clearance, and authorization processes to ensure smooth patient flow.

You will verify demographics and insurance, calculate estimates, collect liabilities, post payments in the ADT system, and uphold HIPAA and privacy standards while delivering a positive

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or 0–3 months related experience or training.
• One year of related experience, preferably in medical/financial services or a demanding customer service environment.

Responsabilidades

• Performs scheduling and preregistration with demographic validation.
• Verifies insurance information via payors; handles authorization and referrals.
• Calculates estimates, collects liabilities, and posts payments in the ADT system.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains relationships with AHN staff and external contacts.
• Keeps productivity up and suggests process improvements.
• Follows AHN policies and completes required trainings.
