Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling and preregistration functions with data accuracy.
• Verifies insurance information and identifies authorization/referral requirements.
• Calculates estimates, collects liabilities, and posts payments in ADT system.
• Delivers positive patient experience and maintains professional relationships.
• Adheres to productivity standards and completes mandatory training.
