KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home health OT services. You will evaluate, plan, and direct therapy in patients' homes and coach families on home programs to improve daily function.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients in home health settings and plan OT interventions.
• Provide direct treatment, screenings, and caregiver training.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patients and families about progress and home programs.
• Refer to appropriate services and maintain patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement and continuing education.
