KidsCare Home Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric therapy in patients' homes across our service area. You will assess, treat, and educate families, delivering high-quality care with a focus on independence and safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Pediatric clinical or home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and administer remedial treatments for pediatric patients.
• Provide clinical treatment including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with the pediatric patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and family members to appropriate services.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
• Participate in QAPI and continuing education activities.
• Maintain adequate caseload and productivity; mentor students and new hires.
