Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home health services. You will assess, treat, and educate children and their families in the comfort of their homes, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. Pediatric home health experience is preferred. We offer full benefits and growth opportunity.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state professional licensure is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• A valid state driver license is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and administer pediatric therapies.
• Provide clinical treatment including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources.
• Consult with physicians on patient progress and maintain records.
• Participate in continuing education and QA programs.
