Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric in-home therapy. The role emphasizes balance between professional duties and personal life, with opportunities for mentorship and leadership development.

The therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement home-based OT programs, coordinating with families and other health professionals to maximize outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure.
• Current driver license and CPR certification.
• Pediatric/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in the home health setting.
• Instruct patient and caregiver in tasks to improve function.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain progress notes and discharge planning documentation.
• Mentor students and new hires as needed.
• Support QA and continuous improvement initiatives.
