Responsibilities

• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Collaborate with others and participate in mentoring and education.
