Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a California OT license.
• Master's Degree or Doctorate in OT.
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and clinic settings.
• Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
• Brings strong clinical skills and client-centered approach.
• Eager to learn, grow and continuously develop professional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct therapy and conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
