Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Occupational Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year in California. Earn $60–$72 per hour in a full-time or part-time/per-diem role. We seek pediatric specialists with license, advanced degree, and collaborative spirit to support students in school-based and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is required; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or is eligible for) a valid California OT license.
• Masters Degree or Doctorate required.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
