Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education, a specialized pediatric group in San Francisco, seeks energetic Occupational Therapists to join our team in school-based and clinic settings.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success, deliver direct therapy, and maintain comprehensive documentation. A California OT license and advanced degree are required, with opportunities for supervision of fieldwork students.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or are eligible for) a valid California OT license
• Masters Degree or Doctorate
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings
• Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• Brings strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach
• Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments in school-based and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
