Qualifications

• Pediatric experience is required; school-based experience preferred.
• Holds (or is eligible for) a California OT license.
• Masters or Doctorate in OT.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong clinical skills with a client-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy in school-based and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
