SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join a pediatric-focused team. This role offers both full-time and part-time options, with opportunities to work in school-based and clinic settings.

You will deliver direct therapy, collaborate with educators and families, document progress, and participate in ongoing professional development. Relocation bonuses and referral rewards are available.

Qualifications

• Pediatric therapy experience required; school-based is preferred.
• Holds or is eligible for a California OT license.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Passionate about school-based and pediatric settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Clinician with client-centered approach and ongoing learning mindset.
• Willing to grow professionally and learn new skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
