Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education, a California-based pediatric group, seeks Occupational Therapists to join our team. You will deliver direct therapy, perform school-based and clinic assessments, and collaborate with educators and families.

Maintaining thorough documentation, pursuing ongoing professional development, and mentoring OT students are expected. A California license (or eligibility) and pediatric experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
• Valid California OT license or eligibility.
• Masters Degree or Doctorate in OT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy for children in school-based and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments and progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.
