Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Lakewood, CO is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver in-home therapy to children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. The role supports independence and daily functioning within a mission-driven team.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Colorado)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
