Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs across Lakewood and surrounding areas in Colorado.

The role focuses on helping children build independence and daily functioning, while joining a clinician-owned organization with HALOS values and a strong support system, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Colorado) required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
