Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Aurora, CO hires Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) and COTAs to provide in-home therapy across Colorado. The role offers full-time and part-time options with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation per visit, and a sign-on bonus up to $6,000.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT or COTA license (Colorado).
• Graduate of an accredited OT or OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
