Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Colorado. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor progress, delivering tailored plans to improve daily living skills and development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license in Colorado.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
