Cortica is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Carlsbad, CA to join a multi-disciplinary team. The role involves assessing and treating sensory, motor, feeding, and development disorders in children using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.

A $5,000 first-year bonus is offered, with a comprehensive benefits package and strong emphasis on family-centered care. You will work with a transdisciplinary team, maintain documentation, and provide in-clinic and telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT license for the state of practice.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• First aid/CPR training.
• Tuberculosis clearance.
• Ability to obtain licensure in other Cortica service states.

Responsibilities

• Establish OT treatment goals aligned with Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.
• Collaborate with transdisciplinary team to create treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions when appropriate.
• Contribute to autism diagnostic process with standardized assessments where applicable.
• Deliver services in-person and via telehealth; document within designated timeframes.
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies and generalization activities.
