MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Dearborn, MI. You will assess clients, develop individualized plans, and provide hands-on therapy to improve function and mobility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a State of Michigan Occupational Therapy License.
• Current registration and licensure with NBCOT are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and perform comprehensive screenings and evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver direct hands‑on occupational therapy to improve function and mobility.
• Educate clients and families on home programs to support progress.
• Ensure proper equipment and adaptive strategies are in place for therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other therapists for integrated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes.
