Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Southeast Michigan is expanding our exceptional team of therapy professionals as an Occupational Therapist. You will join a growing multidisciplinary team to help children reach their fullest potential in our clinic-based setting.

You will assess needs, design individualized plans, deliver hands-on therapy, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and educators to ensure holistic care and positive outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Must hold State of Michigan OT license.
• Current NBCOT registration.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs with comprehensive screenings and functional evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to improve physical function and mobility.
• Educate families on home exercise programs for long-term success.
• Coordinate equipment adaptations and support with care teams.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and educators for integrated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to drive positive outcomes.
