MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is expanding our team and seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary group in Southeast Michigan. The OT will assess children, develop individualized plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to improve function and mobility while educating families for home programs.

We value collaboration across ABA, OT, PT, Speech, and feeding specialists, with a focus on early intervention and evidence-based approaches.

Qualifikationen

• State of Michigan Occupational Therapy License.
• Current registration and licensure with NBCOT.

Aufgaben

• Assess client needs through screenings and evaluations to determine function and rehab potential.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and adjust as needed.
• Deliver hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques to improve function.
• Educate families and clients on home programs to promote long-term success.
• Arrange adaptive equipment and supplies to support treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation for quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to drive positive outcomes.
