Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Portage, Michigan is expanding its team of therapy professionals. We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary center and help children reach their fullest potential.

As an OT, you will assess needs, design and implement individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and educators. This full-time, clinic-based role offers growth, CEU opportunities, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Michigan OT license required.
• Current NBCOT registration/licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs with screenings and evaluations to determine function and rehab potential.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans and adjust based on progress.
• Deliver hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and function.
• Educate and empower clients and families with effective home exercise programs.
• Ensure acquisition of necessary adaptive equipment and environmental adaptations.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation to support quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Monitor progress, modify interventions, and contribute to positive outcomes.
