MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver hands-on therapy, and collaborate with physicians, educators, and families to support functional growth for children.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan Occupational Therapy License is required.
• NBCOT registration/licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs through screenings and evaluations to determine functional level and rehab potential.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques to improve function and mobility.
• Educate clients and families on home exercise programs for long-term success.
• Ensure proper equipment and adaptations to support treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records for quality care.
• Coordinate with physicians, educators, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Monitor progress and modify interventions to achieve positive outcomes.
