• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan.
• Current registration and licensure with NBCOT.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and level of function to determine rehabilitation potential.
• Develop individualized, measurable treatment plans for each client.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance physical function and mobility.
• Educate clients and families on effective home exercise programs.
• Coordinate with physicians, educators, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation to support high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
