Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Waterford, MI. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based pediatric therapy and collaborating with ABA, OT, PT, and speech specialists to support children’s development.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan OT license is required.
• Current NBCOT registration or licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and determine functional level and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Educate families and train caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Ensure proper equipment and adaptations for therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to improve outcomes.
