Qualifications

• Must hold a State of Michigan Occupational Therapy License.
• Current registration and licensure with NBCOT.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs through screenings and evaluations to determine function and rehab potential.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Educate families on home exercise programs to promote long-term success.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
• Maintain detailed clinical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
