Job summary

KidsCare Home Health seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home health services. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and guide families with home programs to improve daily functioning.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in ongoing education while maintaining an active caseload in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and administer pediatric occupational therapy in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver in activities to restore or enhance function.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and document progress with physicians.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain caseload productivity.
