Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) Evaluator to provide part-time, fee-for-service, or full-time opportunities in Ulster County, NY. The role includes designing individual and group therapy, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with schools and families.

Applicants should hold a NY OT license and be capable of thorough documentation, data collection, and multidisciplinary communication. The position offers flexible arrangements based on caseload and needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
