Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Evaluator in Ulster County, NY. The role offers part-time hours with the potential for full-time or fee-for-service based on caseload and needs, with compensation at $90 per hour.

Responsibilities include designing therapeutic interventions, conducting OT evaluations, and coordinating with supervisors, families, schools, and other professionals. NY license is required, bilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
