Family of Kidz in Ulster County, NY is seeking an Occupational Therapist to design and implement creative individual and group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.

Responsibilities include administering and writing up OT evaluations, maintaining timely attendance and billing logs, coordinating with lead supervisors and school personnel, and attending CPSE/CSE meetings as needed. NY license required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
