Family of Kidz is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Evaluator in Dutchess County, NY. The role can be part-time, fee-for-service or full-time, with compensation at $90/hour.

The position requires an NY state OT license and a degree in Occupational Therapy, with bilingual abilities a plus. Responsibilities include evaluating children, designing interventions, and coordinating with school teams.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
