Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Occupational Therapist to help children with autism develop foundational skills through play, shared goals, and family training. You will work with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs in a collaborative, supportive environment.

We offer a 8am–5pm schedule Monday–Friday, competitive pay in the $70,000–$85,000 range, and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and disability coverages.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) and NBCOT certification.
• Current state licensure to practice occupational therapy.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including SLPs, BCBAs and RBTs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, MacOS, CentralReach and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage client progress.
