Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our center-based team in Ohio. You will deliver OT services to children with autism using a one-on-one approach and natural play to build foundational skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) required.
• NBCOT Certification required.
• Current State Licensure required.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, problem‑solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management; able to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented; able to prioritize tasks and delegate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Comfortable with MacOS and tech platforms (CentralReach, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (SLPs, BCBA/BCBA‑D, RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
