Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time center-based Occupational Therapist to help children with autism reach their potential through one-on-one, play-based therapy. You will work with an experienced interdisciplinary team and support families with training and guidance.

The role emphasizes assessment, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and collaboration. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a weekday, 8am–5pm schedule at our Ohio centers.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT)
• NBCOT Certification required
• Current State Licensure required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments.
• Create treatment plans.
• Monitor progress of clients.
