Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our center-based team focused on transforming lives of children with autism. You will provide center-based OT, collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs, and train families and staff.

Our program emphasizes natural play and individualized progress within a supportive culture. Requirements include MOT, NBCOT, and state licensure, with strong organization, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) required.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Current State Licensure required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues and caregivers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; MacOS familiarity; ability to learn org tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (SLP, BCBA, RBT).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client progress.
