Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT) required.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Current state licensure required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with MacOS.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
