Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide center-based therapy to children with autism. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in a supportive setting.

You will train families and staff, conduct comprehensive assessments, and ensure progress through data-driven practice and collaborative goal setting.

Qualifications

• Master's in OT with licensure and NBCOT certification.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and caregivers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide center-based occupational therapy for children with autism.
• Collaborate with SLPs, BCBAs, and RBTs in an interdisciplinary team.
• Train team members and families on therapy approaches.
• Conduct assessments to inform treatment.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
