Markent Personnel seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) in Chandler, AZ, offering $90,000–$115,000 annually for a full-time, on-site role with a 50% productivity model. Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or eligible for Arizona licensure.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but confident, motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and families
• An independent, proactive clinician excited to help grow a new program

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, individualized occupational therapy to children and adolescents.
• Treat pediatric needs including autism spectrum disorder and developmental challenges.
• Deliver services primarily in an outpatient clinic, with occasional visits to nearby private schools.
• Collaborate with families and fellow therapists to support each child's progress.
• Help develop the OT program, build a caseload, and contribute ideas as the department grows.
